What is eeveel? Just what the definition says. Someone who looks badass, or just bitchin'ly cool. Please note that eeveel doesn't apply to someone's disposition, it applies to appearance. Here are some examples:

Look at Chrono. Now, does he look like your average simperingly good guy hero? No. He looks friggin insane.
